HOW TO BUILD A LIST

How to build your lists in many different niches, quickly...

When building any kind of list always keep in mind "How can I make cash from it right away?"

Whatever list you are trying to build, you can make cash from it right away... here are a few ways you can do it:

1. Make organization type software that will make it easier for that niche.

EXAMPLE: As a lot of people were getting involved in affiliate marketing but there always seemed to be a huge problem. Heck, I was having the same problem... so, built a piece of software that solved that problem.Give away the software at download.com for free, they have to register the software to get an unlock key which is also free. After they register send them an unlock key and a promotion to a more advanced version for $10 or whatever, only let it be affordable.

2. Short 10 - 12 page reports that have step-by-step information that actually helps.

EXAMPLE: In any niche you decide to build a list in, find out what there specific problems are and then, write a short report giving them step-by-step instructions (blueprint) on how to solve their problem. *** Then, create an adwords campaign to drive targeted visitors to your website.

3. Camtasia Instruction Videos:

EXAMPLE: There are a lot of software programs out there that people are having difficulties with setting it up, using certain functions, etc... make camtasia videos that are short and to the point to help them with the program. **** This can be done with Resell rights products.Giveaway the product but sell your instruction videos. Some info products don't explain things very well and most people will also want the videos so there is no guessing involved.


In every situation above you can decide to use a Forced Opt-In... Meaning, they have to opt-in to see the information. Usually, but not always, give them a short video to wet their appetite but then they must opt-in to see the sales page.

There are a lot of people who don't like forced opt-in but do you have to care, because I know from experience that people will opt-in even if they say they won't. It all comes down to the information you provide for free that will determine your opt-in rate.
