When building any kind of list always keep in mind "How can I make cash from it right away?"

EXAMPLE: As a lot of people were getting involved in affiliate marketing but there always seemed to be a huge problem. After they register send them an unlock key and a promotion to a more advanced version for $10 or whatever, only let it be affordable.

2. Short 10 - 12 page reports that have step-by-step information that actually helps.

EXAMPLE: In any niche you decide to build a list in, find out what there specific problems are and then, write a short report giving them step-by-step instructions (blueprint) on how to solve their problem. *** Then, create an adwords campaign to drive targeted visitors to your website.
